Privacy Policy applies to Signature Funeral Services Pty. Ltd. ABN 99 126 218 433 (Signature Funerals) and
referred to in this Privacy Policy as “SFS”, “Signature Funerals”, “us”,
“our” or “we”.

your privacy is important to SFS. The Commonwealth Privacy Act requires
us to handle your personal information in accordance with a set of
principles, known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs).

National Privacy Principles (NPPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
apply to SFS.
SFS
collects your personal information to provide you with and administer the
products you have requested. To do that, we may need to disclose your
personal information to organisations such as mailing houses, funeral
directors, solicitors, accountants auditors,Trustees or Bank's, that provide services on our
behalf, including insurance, administration, investment, customer service,
secretarial, accounting and information technology support. If any part
of that information is not provided, we may not be able to provide you with
these products.
We may
also be required to collect information by law, for example under
Commonwealth Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing law and
the Corporation Act.

collect data on our Website to help us determine where our visitors have come
